Some things to consider in operating computers, which are:
1. Computers Turning On Procedure
a. Make sure all equipment is properly installed computers including
the use of electric current.
b. Turn stabilizer or UPS (if using these devices for stable electric
current).
c. Press the power button located on the computer case, and then
press the power button on the monitor (to see computer activity
when the boot process).
d. Once the process is complete the computer will boot into the
desktop or prompt for login (if using a computer network either as
a server or client) or private account login.
2. Computers Turning Off Procedure
a. Make sure all the documents we have saved work.
b. Ensure that all application programs that we use have been closed.
c. Click Start on the task bar, then select Shutdown followed select
Turn Off (to turn off the computer).
- Turning the computer on and off correctly. Turning off the computer and try not too often, because it will cause wear and damage to the chip, hard drive motors and electronic components contained in the motherboard. Turning on and off the computer too often will cause a lot of damage to computer components than the computer all day.
- Give computer lag time 15-30 minutes to rest.Pause time in order to avoid damage to computer components, both the software and hardware.
- Do not rush. Turning on and off the computer quickly and in haste would put heavy pressure on the mechanical system hard drive.
- Shutting down the computer does not go through the shutdown procedure, it can cause dysfunction of computer components such as hard drives, processors and even mainboard.
- Removing the floppy disk, cd, dvd when being read or accessed by the system, can cause damage to the components of the floppy disk, cd rom or dvd rom.
- Too often turn on and turn off the computer will cause wear and damage to the chip, hard drive motors and damage to the monitor component.
